Location: Dundee, North Fife, or Perthshire - field-based role with regular travel across operational areas
About the Role:

At GoFibre, we're transforming broadband connectivity across Scotland. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and practical SHEQ Advisor to support our operational teams, contractors and leaders in delivering work safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
What does a day look like?
- Carrying out SHEQ audits, inspections and assurance activities across operational sites.
- Supporting compliance with company standards, CDM 2015 and NRSWA requirements.
- Monitoring contractor performance and competence.
- Providing practical SHEQ advice and guidance to operational teams and leaders.
- Supporting incident investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring actions are implemented.
- Delivering toolbox talks, inductions and SHEQ training sessions.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
- Helping drive continuous improvement across safety, health, environment and quality performance.

What we're looking for:
You'll be confident working independently, building strong relationships and influencing positive behaviours across operational teams. We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible in the business and takes a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- NRSWA Supervisor qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience within utilities, telecoms, construction, civils or infrastructure environments.
- Up to date knowledge of SHEQ legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience carrying out audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SA001 and SA002 accreditation.
