The Role

As SHEQ Advisor you will lead initiatives to manage and improve safety performance across multiple sites. Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting safety audits
  • Managing risk assessments
  • Developing SHEQ strategies
  • Ensuring statutory compliance

You will promote a positive safety culture, influence stakeholders, and support continuous improvement efforts through detailed reporting and proactive interventions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Environmental Certificate, or IEMA Associate Certificate.
  • Extensive site experience in LV/HV electrical, manufacturing, engineering, or utilities environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence safety behaviour and communication skills to engage diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in safety legislation, audits, and ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites as required.
