SHEQ & Compliance Professional
We're looking for an experienced SHEQ & Compliance professional to support our team at Graphic Business Forms Ltd.
This is an ideal opportunity for an independent consultant, fractional manager, or experienced professional looking for a flexible, long-term relationship with a growing business.
We're looking for someone who can initially help us review, develop, and implement our compliance systems and then provide ongoing support as required.
Role Overview
The role will cover areas including:
- Health & Safety
- ISO Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
- FSC Chain of Custody
- PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation)
- UK Packaging Waste / EPR Reporting
- EUDR (where applicable)
- Environmental and regulatory compliance
- Internal audits and continuous improvement
- Customer compliance questionnaires and supplier documentation

Initial Responsibilities
Initially, we'd like someone to:
- Carry out a gap analysis
- Establish robust systems and processes
- Create a compliance calendar and documentation
- Ensure we're well prepared for future regulatory requirements

Ongoing Support
Following this, we're looking for an ongoing relationship to provide advice, support audits, manage reporting requirements, and help us stay ahead of changing legislation.
Location
We're based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, so someone local or within reasonable travelling distance would be ideal.
