The Role
The role of the SHEQ Manager – Precast Concrete Manufacturing will involve:
- SHEQ Manager position responsible for implementing the highest health, safety, environmental and quality standards across the production of precast concrete systems
- Ensure products consistently meet required specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations
- Drive health and safety performance through effective risk management, incident investigation, and implementation of safe working practices
- Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed with robust corrective actions

The Ideal Applicant
The ideal applicant will be a SHEQ Manager – Precast Concrete Manufacturing with:

- Must have experience in a Health and Safety Manager, SHEQ or equivalent position
- Ideally have experience in the manufacturing industry
- Must have NEBOSH qualification
- Experienced in all areas of Health and Safety maintaining policies, assessing risks, training, audits and inspection, dealing with incidents and reporting
- Knowledge of BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001 standards in a heavy production environment
- CMIOSH accreditation would be highly advantageous
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Must be an excellent communicator and leader
