Are you an organised administrator with a keen eye for detail and experience working within compliance, SHEQ, FM or property environments? We're looking for a SHEQ / ACT Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Milton Keynes.

Working as part of a close-knit team of six, you'll play a key role in helping to manage statutory compliance activities across a diverse FM portfolio, ensuring critical compliance information is accurately maintained and monitored.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and processes, and takes pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy. You'll support the wider compliance team, helping to ensure all compliance documentation, schedules and records are up to date and tracked effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Supporting the setup and administration of client compliance records
  • Maintaining compliance planners and schedules across the portfolio
  • Monitoring compliance levels and chasing outstanding documentation
  • Reviewing and validating compliance documents for accuracy and suitability
  • Extracting remedial actions from reports and issuing them through the agreed process
  • Producing reports and compliance statistics for internal teams and clients
  • Managing audit trackers and compliance records
  • Producing site logbooks for new and existing FM contracts
  • Booking training courses and maintaining training records
  • Providing administrative support to Health & Safety and Compliance Managers
  • Responding to system queries and supporting wider business activities as required

About You

We're keen to speak to candidates with previous experience in a compliance, SHEQ, facilities management, property or administration environment.

You'll Have

  • Strong administration experience with excellent organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with data management systems
  • Knowledge of compliance processes, SHEQ or Health & Safety administration
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
  • Understanding of SFG20 maintenance standards
  • Previous experience within Facilities Management, Compliance or SHEQ functions
  • Ability to review and identify correct or incorrect compliance documentation
