Murphy is recruiting for a SHES Advisor
To support infrastructure projects in the South, based out of our London office.

A Day In The Life Of a SHES Advisor
- Assisting in maintenance of the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System, and Quality Management Systems to ensure continued compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
- Carrying out inductions.
- Producing monthly statistics.
- Championing Culture Development Programme (behaviour-based safety programme).
- Carrying out and documenting site audits and inspections.
- Keeping up to date with changes in safety, health, and environmental legislation and construction industry guidance.
- Ensuring personnel on site have the pre-requisite training records.
- Investigating, logging, and monitoring of Incidents and Non-conformances.
- Completing all necessary report forms.
- Identifying significant safety impacts for work areas and helping set up appropriate controls.
- Ensuring all safety and environmental records are kept and readily available.
- Preparing and presenting toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.
- Reviewing subcontractor documentation.

Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Health & Safety.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on civils and renewables projects.
- Solar Farm Construction experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with one or more teams.
- Good IT skills with a high attention to detail.
- A flexible and proactive approach.
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
