Rotating Annual Shift Rota: Earlies/Days/Lates/Nights
Salary: GBP59,000 (rising to GBP61,000 after 6 months training)

This site has a great culture, with brilliant staff retention numbers, and due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Biased Shift Engineer to join their team.
About the Role
As an Electrical Biased Shift Engineer, your role and responsibilities will be:
- Part of a wider team of 30 engineers
- Working on a variety of industrial processing equipment, automation, controls, network systems, conveyors, robotics, PLCs, SCADA systems, energy plant
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding, repairs, PPMs, project work
- Working on inverters, frequency systems, motors, sensors, circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, relays, VSDs, bearings, shafts

Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and experience required for an Electrical Biased Shift Engineer:
- Completed a time-served advanced modern apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering as a minimum
- Ideally HNC/HND Electrical Engineering
- Must be happy working an annualised shift rota: hours set for the whole year
- PLC and SCADA Systems: electrical fault finding
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair skills
- Dealt with automation and control systems
- Must have worked in some form of manufacturing environment
