The Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is one of London's most prestigious Art Deco hotels, perfectly situated in the heart of Mayfair. Renowned for its rich heritage, exceptional service and elegant surroundings, the hotel welcomes guests from around the world, delivering memorable experiences across its luxurious accommodation, restaurants, bars, meetings and events spaces.

As a Shift Engineer, you will play an essential role in maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment and infrastructure to the highest standards. Working as part of the Engineering team, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests and help ensure all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar Engineering or Maintenance role.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

At Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, our Engineering team is vital to the success of the guest experience. Whether responding to maintenance requests, supporting major events or carrying out routine inspections, you will play a key role in ensuring the hotel operates at its very best.

Working within the Engineering Department, you will collaborate with teams across the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Events. This provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills, gain exposure to a luxury hospitality environment and develop your career within one of the world's leading hotel brands.
