Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader in our Kidderminster distribution operation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring thousands of lenses and eye care products reach the right place at the right time. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team and make a real impact on the quality, service and efficiency that our customers rely on every day.

You'll lead and support colleagues across a busy warehousing environment, creating a culture where safety, wellbeing and performance go hand in hand. Working closely with teams across operations, supply chain and logistics, you'll drive productivity, improve processes and help deliver ambitious service and cost targets. From identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to ensuring effective day-to-day operations, you'll be trusted to keep standards high while helping your team perform at their very best.
