What You'll Be Doing

As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You'll:

  • Lead and motivate team members during your shift
  • Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive team environment
  • Ensure food quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards are always maintained
  • Support the training, coaching, and development of crew members
  • Help manage labour, productivity, and shift performance
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Complete opening and closing procedures and ensure restaurants are ready for business
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for leaders who bring energy, positivity, and a passion for people. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A commitment to maintaining high food safety and operational standards
