Purpose and Mission
This role combines team leadership with a focus on improving processes and quality. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver excellent results while driving initiatives that enhance safety, boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and empower a diverse team to achieve operational goals while fostering accountability and ownership.
- Set clear expectations, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback through regular check-ins and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving efficiency and productivity.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and problem-solving tools such as Kaizen and root cause analysis.
- Analyze performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement measurable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated solutions and share best practices.
- Communicate organizational updates effectively and lead the team through change with clarity and confidence.
- Promote an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous learning.
Skills
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies with a track record of successful implementation.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in coaching and developing team members to support career growth.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate change and foster agility within the team.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, and familiarity with operational systems.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices while encouraging innovation.
