Location: Bradford
Pay: Up to £16 per hour when fully trained

Must Haves
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong people management skills
- Health & Safety and Quality awareness
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing setting
Hours
Rotating shifts – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday (weekly rotation)

The Opportunity
We’re working with a forward-thinking, environmentally focused organisation looking to add a Supervisor to their production team. As a Supervisor, you’ll be leading a team of 5–8 operatives in a highly efficient, purpose-built site where quality, safety, and output really matter.
This Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, motivating teams, and driving performance while working closely with engineering and management contacts to minimise downtime and hit production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a production team of 5–8
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and efficiency
- Monitor output and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with engineering and management to reduce downtime
- Ensure production plans and targets are met
