Are you an experienced Shift Technician with an electrical, mechanical or HVAC maintenance background? We’re recruiting for Shift Technicians to join a leading engineering team supporting a portfolio of high-profile commercial buildings across London.

This is a varied role within a London-wide engineering operation, offering exposure to multiple prestigious sites, a strong salary and opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and additional shift cover.

The Role

As a Shift Technician, You Will

  • Carry out planned and reactive building services maintenance.
  • Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues across critical systems.
  • Maintain electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment.
  • Support the safe and reliable operation of multiple London sites.
  • Work closely with Shift Leads and the wider engineering team.
  • Provide Additional Shift Cover When Required.

About You

To be successful as a Shift Technician, you’ll have:

  • An electrical, mechanical or HVAC engineering background.
  • Relevant Building Services Or Engineering Qualifications.
  • Experience within commercial maintenance or Hard FM.
  • Strong PPM, reactive maintenance and fault-finding experience.
  • A flexible approach to working across multiple locations.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Electrical experience is particularly desirable, although candidates with strong mechanical or HVAC backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
