Our client is looking for an Apprentice Trained Shift Technician to join their manufacturing site in Lancashire, producing some of the UK's most recognisable snacks. - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all machinery on site
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and diagnose faults effectively
- Maintain and repair conveyors, fryers, packaging machinery, and associated equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and performance
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
- Accurately record maintenance activities and report recurring issues
- Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
Experience and Qualifications:
- Apprentice Trained with a HNC or equivalent
- Ability to work safely electrically
- Good understanding of SCADA control systems
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good manufacturing practices
- Previous experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG is desirable

- Annual Salary £58,900 (inclusive of shift allowance)
