Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support operations and logistics by expediting the backlog and coordinating with vendors, colleagues, the Test House, and/or shipping partners to process orders by their due dates.
- Inspect incoming merchandise.
- Verify that products and documentation match purchase orders (quantity, part numbers, description, etc.).
- Allocate them to their designated place.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
- Read shipping orders and pick and pack products for shipment.
- Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents; gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities by uploading into our ERP system.
- Schedule outbound shipments according to customer orders.
- Contact the carrier’s representative to make arrangements and issue instructions for product pickup.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organised work environment.
- Additional duties as required and/or assigned.

Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receiving/shipping expeditor or similar position.
- Experience in the Aerospace/ELECTRONIC Components industry and ERP systems is a plus.
- Pentagon 2000 software a plus.
- Working knowledge of computer programs MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must be able to prepare shipments via DHL, FedEx, and UPS websites.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma and fluent English (oral and written) are required.

Schedule
- Up to 8 hours/day, full-time.
- Monday to Friday only. No weekends.
Please note that the company is considering a future office relocation further south within Broward County. The timing and final location have not yet been confirmed.
Job Type
- Full-time, on-site.
Pay
- $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year.
