What Will You Be Doing?
Coordinate the practical and administrative side of our imports and exports, from preparing shipping documentation and arranging collections to working with freight partners and internal teams to keep goods moving on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting, packing, and preparing high-value electronic goods ready for UK / International shipment
- Working with express package couriers & international shipping companies, to coordinate/ schedule shipments and see them through to successful and timely delivery
- Generating UK and International shipping documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, delivery notes, air waybills, ATA-Carnets) for both permanent and temporary movements by air and road (Training provided)
- Supporting export license control record keeping practices, for shipments of export-controlled goods (Training Provided)

Key Skills / Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced packing, dispatch, export/import business function - in a supply chain/manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with UK Customs practices and procedures for international exports
- Being structured and caring in your approach to handling high valued, sensitive electronic products
- Being flexible and receptive to last-minute priority changes to support the customer and business requirements
- Computer literacy skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Dynamics) and business ERP/MRP systems
- Good communication & organisation skills
