The Role
- Oversee and manage all shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and implement shipping policies and procedures to optimise efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Monitor and analyse shipping performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of shipping coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

The Person

- Proven experience in a shipping or logistics management role, preferably within the retail or sportswear industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
