Working with local farmers to produce consistent quality beef and lamb from naturally sustainable sources, we are actively seeking applications from individuals keen to take up a career within one of Europe’s leading food processing companies.
We are currently inviting applications for a Shipping Office Administrator to join our well-established and dynamic team within one of Europe’s most respected meat processing businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive environment where your contribution will play a key role in ensuring the smooth despatch of goods from our facility.

Responsibilities
- Working alongside hauliers and suppliers to collect delivery information
- Data entry, tracking departmental costing and reporting any irregularities
- Producing & Distributing Despatch paperwork
- Ensuring all administration procedures are carried out correctly
- Filing and general admin duties
- Working with the Despatch & Transport teams to meet customer demands
Qualifications
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Work well to strict deadlines and be able to cope under pressure
- A good level of English is an advantage but not a necessity
- Flexible and able to work extra hours when required
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
