Job title: Shooting Producer/Editor
Location: Leeds
Overview of the role:
We’re looking for a Shooting Producer/Editor who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are editing. This role is all about capturing the buzz of live events and turning it into sharp, scroll-stopping content for our social channels and YouTube. You’ll be hands-on from start to finish — shooting, editing, and bringing fresh creative ideas to the table. If you’re a nimble storyteller, a self-starter who thrives on the go, and genuinely love your craft, this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll be a vital part of our mission to create standout, best-in-class content for our YouTube and organic social channels across multiple markets. Social never stops, and we need someone who not only knows how to craft thumb-stopping posts but also thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal handholding. If you’re all about delivering great content on the fly and love owning your creative process, this role is for you.
This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you’ll do:
- Travel to live events to capture dynamic, engaging footage for social and YouTube
- Shoot high-quality video content and stills with a creative eye and strong sense of storytelling
- Edit quickly and effectively, turning raw footage into polished, platform-ready content
- Working with the extensive archive to provide regular poker output for YouTube
- Collaborate with the wider Content and Creative team to brainstorm and deliver new social formats to engage and grow our audiences
- Stay on top of trends to make sure our output is fresh and relevant
- Localise content for key markets
- Work to brand guidelines and with agreed toolkits to ensure all output is on brand and compliant.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working independently when needed
- Writing scripts, creating features and producing promotional videos.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
