We’re seeking a talented Shooting Producer/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller who is as confident behind the camera as they are in the edit suite.
Working across Aurora’s portfolio of global sports and branded projects, you will plan, film, and edit dynamic content for broadcast, digital, and social platforms. From live broadcast events and behind the scenes to athlete profiles and branded digital storytelling, you will take projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring every piece reflects Aurora’s premium production values.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a wider production team. International travel and on-location shoots are a core part of the position.

Responsibilities
- Create compelling stories
- Capture high-quality sound and video at live sports events, branded activations, and original productions. Ensuring strong visual storytelling and technical excellence.
- Produce and edit engaging, platform native content, including features, highlights, and promos for broadcast, YouTube, and social media, often to tight deadlines.
- Develop creative ideas and formats in collaboration with Aurora’s creative and production teams.
- Write scripts and interview questions and conduct on-location interviews if required.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from pre-production planning through to final delivery and QC.
- Work with archival footage and digital asset management systems to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all content aligns with client and brand guidelines, maintaining Aurora’s premium standards.
- Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, applying social-first storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including clients, athletes, and A-listers.
- Travel internationally to support Aurora’s global productions.
