The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organised dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling credit card transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours worked per week
• Barista skills are a plus

• Bicester, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Store management: 1 year (required)
