MANNA SMASH BURGERS: Own the brand. Lead the team. Deliver the experience.

About Manna

As one of Arcade’s most successful brands, Manna focuses on bold, indulgent American comfort food done properly. Created by Bake Street’s Feroz Gajia, the menu brings together cult smash burgers, crispy fried chicken and classic diner-inspired favourites, from double patties and hot chicken to loaded fries and thick shakes.

About The Role

As the new opening Manna Shop Manager, you will be the ultimate role model for your FoH and BoH team. You will be hands on managing the day-to-day running of the brand, ensuring your Team Leads are taking responsibility for leading service and supervising the team members, all whilst maintaining high standards across people, product and presentation. This role is about setting the pace, supporting the team, and ensuring every service runs smoothly, safely and in line with brand expectations.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the brand on site: leading from the front, developing your team and delivering consistently brilliant food and guest experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes pride in running a tight, safe and commercially successful operation.

As a Successful Shop Manager You Will

  • Lead shifts with full accountability for health & safety, licensing and food safety compliance, including walk-rounds, incident reporting and safety drill readiness.
  • Develop, coach and motivate the FOH team, delivering briefings, training, tastings and supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
  • Own the guest journey on shift, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team knowledge and seamless collaboration with kitchen.
  • Support financial performance, including rota planning, shift reporting, sales analysis and identifying revenue opportunities without compromising experience.
  • Act as a brand and culture ambassador, driving team engagement, positive behaviours and adoption of new initiatives, menus and operational improvements.
  • Becoming an expert in the menu, cooking techniques, ingredients, suppliers and brand story
  • Recruiting, training and developing a positive, high-performing team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
