Shop Manager | Oxford | Full Time | £37,000 - £40,000 per annum + 20% Bonus

Our client is seeking a hands-on leader who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality.
The Role
They are seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate Shop Manager to join the growing management team. This is more than just a management role it's an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and play a key role in driving the success of the café.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, developing your team, driving performance and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain high standards across food, service, cleanliness and operations
- Train and coach team members to help them grow and succeed
- Drive sales growth and increase monthly profits
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of your shop
- Make decisions that positively impact business performance
Requirements
Essential
- Proven front-of-house management experience within food & beverage, hospitality or a fast-paced café environment
- A confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop others
- A strong team player
- Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a natural spark
- Experience in driving sales and improving commercial performance
- Professional and presentable
- Good written and spoken English
- A genuine passion for great food, quality ingredients and exceptional coffee
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and consistently
