Shop Manager | Oxford | Full Time | £37,000 - £40,000 per annum + 20% Bonus

Our client is seeking a hands-on leader who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for hospitality.

The Role

They are seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate Shop Manager to join the growing management team. This is more than just a management role it's an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and play a key role in driving the success of the café.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, developing your team, driving performance and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven front-of-house management experience within food & beverage, hospitality or a fast-paced café environment
  • A confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • A strong team player
  • Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a natural spark
  • Experience in driving sales and improving commercial performance
  • Professional and presentable
  • Good written and spoken English
  • A genuine passion for great food, quality ingredients and exceptional coffee
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and consistently
