Contract: 12 month fixed term contract initially, with the possibility to extend.

About the Role:
Looking for a retail role that’s more than just a job? Fancy being part of something that truly saves lives every day? We’re on the lookout for a creative, motivated, and customer-focused Shop Manager to join our team in our new Corby pop-up Shop.
As part of The Air Ambulance Service, your work will directly support our lifesaving missions. Every item sold helps keep our helicopters in the sky and our crews ready to respond.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Store activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to improve performance
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve customer service and engagement
- Manage store budgets and monitor expenses
- Planning and managing deliveries and collections
- Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
- Ensuring an efficient back-room operation
- Delivery of budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team
- Creating a store layout that in line with brand guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional additional hours as required
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work to fixed deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
