About The Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Anglicare Op Shop in Newtown. In this dynamic role, you will:
- Lead with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere.
- Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare’s vision and values.
- Build Community: Forge strong relationships with local community members, churches, and key stakeholders to enhance our shop’s presence and impact.
- Champion Sustainability: Promote the joy of recycling, reusing, and reloving beautiful preloved items.

About You
We are seeking a compassionate professional with:
- Proven experience in retail management.

- Experience in event organization and vendor liaison.
- The ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- A current driver’s license and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
