Piney Green Tire Pros is seeking a dedicated shop manager who can lead the team and help maintain a strong, customer-focused work environment. This role plays an important part in the daily operation of the shop, ensuring that both customers and employees experience a professional and well-organized workplace.
The shop manager will be responsible for:

- Building and guiding a strong team by hiring, training, and supporting technicians and service staff
- Creating a positive work culture while helping employees grow in their skills and performance
- Monitoring sales performance, maintaining healthy financial operations, and ensuring company standards and policies are followed
Customer service remains a central focus of the position. The shop manager communicates with customers about vehicle concerns, explains recommended repairs in clear terms, and helps them understand their options so they can make confident decisions. This role also oversees the quality of repairs and maintenance completed in the shop to ensure every vehicle leaves meeting Piney Green Tire Pros’ standards.
In addition, the shop manager stays informed about changes and new developments in the automotive repair industry. This knowledge helps the team stay current while continuing to provide reliable service. Maintaining a professional appearance, promoting company specials, and setting a positive example for the entire staff are also important parts of the role.

Piney Green Tire Pros is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving mechanical problems. This position plays an important role in helping customers keep their vehicles safe and dependable on the road. The right candidate will be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including mechanical, drivability, and electrical concerns.
As an Automotive Technician at Piney Green Tire Pros, you will:
- Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
- Service braking and hydraulic systems, exhaust components, fuel and ignition systems, electrical systems, suspension and alignment, air conditioning systems, and vehicle computer systems
- Communicate with team members and occasionally customers about vehicle concerns and recommended repairs

Because vehicle technology continues to evolve, technicians at Piney Green Tire Pros are encouraged to continue learning through training and hands-on experience. Staying informed about new tools, systems, and repair methods allows our team to deliver reliable service across many makes and models. Teamwork is also an important part of the shop environment, and technicians often assist one another with complex repairs or diagnostics.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area is expected, along with following all company procedures, safety practices, and environmental guidelines. Technicians are also responsible for communicating with shop management if any unusual repair concerns or vehicle issues arise during service.
