We are currently recruiting an experienced Shop Manager to join our team in Coventry, UK.
We are a growing UK-based retail company committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Our team focuses on creating a welcoming shopping experience while maintaining high standards of store operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
Position: Shop Manager
Location: Coventry, United Kingdom
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Skilled Worker Sponsorship: Available for suitable candidates already in the UK

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shop operations
- Supervise and support staff
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Monitor stock, sales, and store performance
- Manage rotas and staff responsibilities
- Ensure company procedures, health & safety, and compliance standards are followed
- Support the business in achieving sales and operational targets
Candidate Requirements
- Previous retail/shop management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a busy retail environment
- Must currently be based in the UK
- Must meet the relevant requirements for Skilled Worker sponsorship
