About Superco:

Superco is a London-based Shopify Platinum Partner agency that designs, builds and optimises top-performing Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. We partner with fast-moving brands across wellness, fashion and lifestyle, delivering speed, commercial insight and measurable growth.

We organise around pods: small, self-sufficient teams that own their clients end to end. The Account Manager runs the pod and acts as the liaison between clients and the internal team, managing day-to-day communication, solving problems, building roadmaps, and identifying growth opportunities.

The Role:

You'll run a pod: a designer, developers and a portfolio of retainer clients. You manage both the client relationship and the delivery. Your clients will hear deal with you first, your team ships work through you, and the revenue you manage is yours to protect and grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll report to our Delivery Director on delivery and resourcing, and to our Client Director on client relationships and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the client relationship for your portfolio: regular calls, manage expectations, help them with their businesses
  • Manage projects end to end: scoping, timelines, delivery against milestones and budget
  • Own a roadmap for each client: where the account goes next quarter, agreed with the client and visible to the team
  • Manage delivery across your accounts: sprint planning, ticket flow, timelines against retainer scope
  • Brief and QA the work of your pod's developers and designer before clients see it
  • Manage the revenue on your accounts: hours against allocation, overage flagged early and recovered, renewals protected, upsell spotted and raised
  • Own your pod's numbers: retention, uplift, margin
  • Escalate early and specifically when something needs more senior weight
  • Keep account documentation accurate: scope, contacts, history
