Role Description
The Shopify Store Expert is a part-time, on-site role based in Loughborough, responsible for managing and optimizing Just Custom’s Shopify storefront. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves handling customer inquiries related to online orders, supporting the order fulfillment process, and collaborating with the production and retail teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This position also requires maintaining organized workflows, documenting processes, and providing basic training to colleagues on Shopify features and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to online and in-person inquiries.
- Retail Sales and Organization Skills to manage product listings, support sales activities, and keep store operations structured and efficient.
- Training skills to guide team members on using Shopify, following procedures, and adopting best practices for online store management.
- Experience with Shopify store setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance, including themes, apps, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, including order processing, inventory management, and payment gateways.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or SEO practices related to online retail is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Loughborough and collaborating with a small, hands-on team in a sports-focused environment.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or sports-related businesses is an advantage.
