Thrivin
Thrivin is a fast-growing, digitally native activewear brand built around empowering women to feel confident, strong and their best selves. With a global DTC customer base across the UK, Europe and US, we are continuing to scale quickly and are investing in elevating our digital experience to reflect the next stage of the brand.
As we grow, we're looking for an experienced freelance Shopify Web Designer to help us evolve our online store, strengthen our visual identity and create a premium, high-converting ecommerce experience.
The Role
We're looking for a talented Shopify Web Designer to lead a full redesign of the Thrivin website, taking ownership of the design direction from initial concepts through to polished, development-ready designs.
Following the redesign, you'll continue to work with us on a project basis, designing high-impact landing pages for new collection drops, product launches, campaigns and key commercial moments.
This is a highly creative but commercially focused role. We're looking for someone who understands how to balance strong brand storytelling and premium design with the UX and conversion principles required by a fast-growing DTC ecommerce business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the full redesign of the Thrivin Shopify website, from initial concepts and wireframes through to polished, development-ready designs.
- Shape the overall look, feel and structure of the online store, ensuring a cohesive and premium customer experience.
- Design with conversion, mobile-first UX and ecommerce best practice at the forefront.
- Create engaging product, collection and content experiences that showcase the Thrivin brand and products effectively.
- Provide ongoing, project-based design support for collection launches, campaign landing pages and key trading moments.
- Design with our multi-market Shopify setup across the EU, UK and US in mind.
- Work closely with the founders and wider brand, ecommerce and creative teams to translate commercial and brand objectives into strong digital experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure designs are practical, scalable and accurately executed.
- Continuously bring ideas and inspiration for how we can elevate the Thrivin digital experience as the brand grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
