We're excited to be partnering with a leading shopper marketing agency in Leeds, known for delivering insight-led retail campaigns for some of the UK's biggest FMCG brands. With a strong reputation for creative excellence, collaboration, and end-to-end campaign delivery, this agency helps brands connect with shoppers and drive impactful in-store results.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of FMCG client accounts, delivering shopper marketing campaigns from brief through to execution. Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing FMCG client relationships and acting as the day-to-day point of contact
- Delivering shopper marketing campaigns across POS, retail, and experiential channels
- Translating shopper insights into clear briefs and effective campaign delivery
- Owning project timelines, budgets, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery
- Collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams to bring campaigns to life
- Identifying opportunities to add value, strengthen client partnerships, and support account growth
About You
You'll be a confident Account Manager with a passion for shopper marketing and FMCG brands. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced agency environment, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality campaigns from concept to execution.

We're Looking For
- Experience as an Account Manager within a shopper marketing, integrated, or creative agency
- Strong FMCG experience and an understanding of shopper and consumer behavior
- Experience delivering campaigns across shopper marketing and retail toolkits
- Excellent project, stakeholder, and budget management skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
