Unleash the power of insight. Drive commercial growth. ⚡

At Monster Energy, we don't do things by halves. We're a global brand built on energy, ambition, and challenging the status quo. Now, we're looking for a Shopper Insights Manager to help us understand our shoppers better than ever and turn that knowledge into commercial action across EMEA.

This is a brand-new opportunity to build and shape our dedicated shopper insights capability, working at the heart of our Commercial Strategy & Insights team. You'll have the autonomy to challenge thinking, uncover opportunities, and influence how we engage with shoppers, customers, and retail partners across the region.

If you're someone who loves getting under the skin of shopper behavior, thrives on data, and knows how to turn a great insight into a compelling commercial story, this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the shopper agenda: Build and drive the EMEA shopper insights strategy, bringing the voice of the shopper into commercial planning and decision-making.
  • Turn data into action: Use NielsenIQ and other syndicated data sources to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and shape category strategies.
  • Create killer stories: Translate complex data into engaging, insight-led presentations that influence Sales teams, bottling partners, retailers, and senior leadership.
  • Get closer to the shopper: Lead end-to-end research projects to understand shopper journeys, purchase drivers, barriers, and behaviors across channels and markets.
  • Challenge the status quo: Identify gaps in existing research, develop new hypotheses, and bring fresh thinking to how we understand and engage shoppers.
  • Build powerful partnerships: Manage relationships with NielsenIQ and external research agencies, ensuring we get maximum value from our data and investment.
  • Influence across EMEA: Partner with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Category Development teams to embed shopper understanding into business strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
