📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shopper Marketing Team in producing and executing impactful in-store promotional materials (POS) across Superdrug stores
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including the wider Marketing team, Buyers, and Store Teams to deliver engaging customer-facing campaigns
- Manage all promotional POS activity for ROI stores, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time
- Liaise with Buyers to ensure promotional messaging and pricing are accurate across all materials
- Collaborate with ITG to develop creative and engaging POS designs that drive footfall, sales, and conversion
- Deliver the Starbuy and Core Members POS plans across all Superdrug stores
- Work with external agencies and suppliers, including ITG, FSU Agency, and DHL Parcels, to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Gather and manage supplier guidelines to ensure POS materials meet brand standards
- Understand the best use of POS within different store environments and use feedback from Store Teams to optimize effectiveness
- Support finance administration and provide ad hoc support across the wider Shopper Marketing team
- Sees every interaction with the customer as an opportunity to brighten their day
- Discover new ways to work that put a smile on our customers and team members faces, making every shopping experience delightful
- Be 'The Best You' using positive language and behaviors with customers and team members
- Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organization to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our Online and Offline platform

✅ What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience working within a retail or similarly fast-paced environment
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience in a marketing role
- Passion for in-store marketing, POS, and customer communications (this is not a digital marketing role)
- Understanding of retail marketing principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Proactive and energetic approach to problem solving
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with customer needs
- Confidence to challenge existing ways of working and introduce new ideas
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Motivation to learn, develop, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to join in, have some fun, and celebrate everyone’s hard work
