Shopper Marketing Executive
Location: Home-Based, England (With travel to customers & sites)

We’re looking for a Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive growth across our portfolio of much-loved brands.

At Hain Celestial, we’re proud to be the company behind many household-name brands, including Linda McCartney’s, Hartley’s, Robertson’s, SunPat, Ella’s Kitchen, Yorkshire Provender, Cully & Sully, New Covent Garden and many more. We are passionate about delivering high-quality food and building strong partnerships with our customers across the UK.

In this role, you’ll develop and deliver shopper marketing plans with key retail customers, ensuring our brands show up brilliantly in-store and online. Working closely with Customer Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in getting our products into more shopping baskets and driving category growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Shopper Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Build and deliver annual shopper marketing plans with key customers
  • Ensure plans align with the core principles of Portfolio, Pricing, Promotion, Placement and Point of Purchase
  • Execute campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and media booking to in-store activation

Customer & Commercial Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Customer Managers to align plans with customer strategies
  • Support key initiatives, including new product launches and brand activations
  • Contribute to customer presentations and sell-in materials

Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Analyse campaign performance, ROI and shopper insights to inform future plans
  • Monitor in-store execution and resolve any compliance issues
  • Use data to create compelling recommendations and improve effectiveness

Budget Management

  • Own and manage shopper marketing budgets for your customers
  • Track investment and ensure plans remain aligned to budget

Champion the Customer & Shopper

  • Bring the voice of the customer and shopper into the business
  • Develop a strong understanding of shopper behaviour and missions
  • Share best practice and success stories across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a commercial role (e.g. Sales, Shopper Marketing or Brand Marketing), ideally within FMCG
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence working with data (Excel skills essential)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

This role involves occasional travel to customer head offices, Hain sites and route-to-market visits across the UK. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
