Shopper Marketing Executive

Location: Central London 3 days a week

Salary: £45-50k + bonus + benefits

The Company

Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the consumer sector, with a broad customer base and a strong presence across multiple channels. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative marketing team within a fast-paced business, supporting the development and delivery of shopper activity across a range of customers and channels.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Shopper Marketing candidate to take ownership of the development and delivery of shopper marketing activity across a range of retail customers and channels.

You will work closely with sales, brand and category teams to turn strategic priorities into effective shopper activation, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and support both brand and commercial objectives.

The role combines shopper marketing, customer activation, project management and performance analysis, making it well suited to someone who is ready to take on greater ownership and visibility within a large consumer organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver shopper marketing plans across key customers and retail channels.
  • Translate brand and commercial priorities into relevant and compelling shopper activation.
  • Work closely with sales, category and brand teams to deliver integrated customer plans.
  • Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches and customer initiatives.
  • Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external agency partners.
  • Use shopper, customer and performance data to identify opportunities and improve future activity.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Manage budgets, timelines and multiple projects across a busy commercial and marketing calendar.
  • Support improvements to in-store and online shopper execution.
  • Contribute to the development of shopper marketing best practice across the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
