Customer Marketing Manager
Are you passionate about turning consumer insight into winning retail activation? Do you thrive on building strong retailer partnerships and delivering category growth?
We're looking for a commercially minded Customer Marketing Manager to join a successful, market-leading food business. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of customer marketing activity across major grocery accounts, shaping plans that drive shopper engagement, retailer relationships, and commercial performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working closely with Sales, Category, and Brand teams, you'll develop and execute customer marketing strategies that bring brands to life in-store and online.
- Create impactful customer and shopper marketing plans across key retail accounts.
- Develop compelling activation programs that drive sales and shopper engagement.
- Translate consumer, shopper, and category insights into actionable recommendations.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support Joint Business Planning and customer presentations with insight-led proposals.
- Manage promotional activity, campaigns, and activation budgets.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for future growth.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak to individuals from FMCG, food, drink, or consumer goods businesses who have experience within:
- Customer Marketing
- Shopper Marketing
- Trade Marketing
- Retail Activation
- Category Marketing
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working with major UK grocery retailers.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the FMCG environment.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- The ability to turn data and insight into compelling customer recommendations.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to work cross-functionally.
