About Fussy
Hey good smelling! We’re Fussy…about everything in our mission to banish single-use plastic from your bathroom. We’ve delivered five years of exceptional growth, including building significant distribution in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Ocado, Boots, Superdrug and Holland & Barrett.
To help drive further growth in retail, both in existing and new channels, we’re now looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Brand team. You’ll be leading the charge on how Fussy shows up across every retail touchpoint, making sure the brand looks brilliant and engages shoppers as well on every retail shelf as it does on Fussy.com.

What You’ll Do 💼
- Take responsibility for the annual retail marketing calendar, aligned to range reviews and launches, promotional plans and other retailer & brand activity
- Understanding each retailer’s shopper profile in order to tailor plans across promotions, POS, sampling, gifting and other in-store activation
- Supporting the Retail team’s JBP conversations to help secure marketing investment and additional visibility
- Ensuring the brand planning process brings an equal Retail and DTC mindset
- Being the main Brand team contact for the Retail team
- Leading development of all retail marketing toolkits and materials
- Supporting and attending Trade and Retailer Head office events
- Briefing and optimising onsite search, display and email within retailer ecosystems
- Ensuring product content is optimised on retailer.com pages

Who You Are 🤓
Great comes in lots of different forms, and we’re really open to seeing candidates from a range of backgrounds. Given the nature of this role and what we’ll ask of you, we do believe that the following skills are needed to be able to deliver to a high standard:
- 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG retail, shopper or trade marketing, ideally within beauty or personal care and working with grocery and health & beauty retailers.
- A brand guardian with a retail mindset, able to protect what makes Fussy distinctive while adapting the brand to drive impact on a retailer shelf or online listing
- Experience briefing and optimising onsite search, display, email and product content within retailer ecosystems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- An effective collaborator, experienced in working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, creative and commercial teams

- A salary of £45-55k depending on experience
- Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our London (Shoreditch) office
