Shopper Marketing Manager
Location: London
We’re looking for an experienced Shopper Marketing Manager to help drive the successful execution of shopper marketing programmes across our global brand portfolio.
In this role, you’ll lead the coordination, development and rollout of shopper marketing assets, toolkits and campaigns, working closely with global Brand Teams, local Market Shopper Teams, Sales, Creative and agency partners. You’ll play a key role in bringing global brand strategies to life through relevant, consistent and effective shopper experiences across retail, e-commerce and Global Travel Retail.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of shopper marketing programmes and toolkits.
- Adapt and localise global assets to meet market and shopper needs.
- Manage timelines, approvals, stakeholder alignment and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure consistent execution while balancing global brand standards with local market requirements.
- Use shopper insights, data and market feedback to support optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Contribute to best-practice sharing and capability development across the global Shopper Marketing community.

About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing or brand activation.
- Proven experience delivering marketing toolkits and assets across markets and channels.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience working in regional or global matrix organisations.
- Good understanding of TTL/BTL and shopper-centric marketing.
