Shopper Marketing, Retail POS & Brand Activations Account Manager

📍 Northampton / London (Hybrid)

đź’· ÂŁ37,000 + Bonus + Benefits + travel expenses to London

We are delighted to be partnering a great marketing agency, based right here in Northampton.

They work with some of the world's best-known cosmetics brands, taking their latest product launches, campaign ideas and brand objectives and transforming them into eye-catching retail displays that appear in stores and salons across the UK.

One day a client might ask you to launch new products into John Lewis. The next, you'll help develop a new display concept for Superdrug or create permanent POS for leading salon brands.

You'll become the link between the client and the creative studio, taking a marketing brief and shaping it into an engaging physical retail experience before handing it over to the project team to physically bring to life.

One day you might just be strolling through John Lewis or pop into a hair salon for a trim and spot a display you helped create. It exists because of you and I bet you’d feel proud seeing your work physically come to life.

If you've worked in shopper marketing, retail marketing, POS, brand activation or creative account management, you probably already know what that takes.

What you'll be doing

You'll become the day-to-day contact for leading brands, building trusted relationships and helping them bring new ideas to life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
