Shopping Centre Manager
📍 Rochdale, Greater Manchester
💷 £70,000 – £90,000 + Excellent Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to join a well-established business specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and shopping centre operations. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy retail destination, ensuring exceptional operational standards, strong commercial performance, and an outstanding customer experience.
The Role:
- Lead all daily shopping centre operations
- Manage and motivate on-site teams including security, cleaning & maintenance
- Build strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee facilities management, presentation & compliance
- Drive promotional campaigns, seasonal events & visitor engagement
- Support retail performance through merchandising and space optimisation
- Manage budgets, expenditure & operational performance
- Ensure full health & safety compliance across the site
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience

About You:
- Previous experience within shopping centre, retail operations, or property management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance
