π Centre Manager β Edinburgh
Do you love bringing a place to life for shoppers, retailers, and the wider community? We are looking for a proactive, people-first Centre Manager to take the lead on managing this retail destination and help shape it into a thriving, safe, and progressive destination to shop, visit, and work.
What you'll be doing:
- ποΈ Driving footfall and retailer performance across the centre
- π Owning accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and service charge processes
- π€ Building genuine relationships with tenants, contractors, and the local community
- π£ Leading marketing initiatives and media opportunities that put the centre on the map
- π‘ Spotting and developing new income streams
- π¦Ί Championing Health & Safety standards across the site
- π₯ Leading and motivating on-site staff to deliver their best work

- β Experience in retail, property, or centre management (preferred)
