At Sharrd Energy Services Ltd, we operate the only two commercial High Voltage (HV) shore power systems in the UK. We’re on the hunt for a skilled Shore Power Operator to join our team, working at the absolute forefront of green port infrastructure.

The Opportunity
Role: Shore Power Operator (HV Connections)
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: Shift-based including evenings and weekends (aligned with vessel schedules), with enhanced overtime paid.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Electrician / Electrical Technician (NVQ L3 / C&G) with proven High Voltage (HV) switching/isolation experience.
- Safety-first mindset with experience in heavy industrial, marine, or HV power distribution systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Adaptable team player willing to work flexible port shifts outdoors.
