Role Description
The Shoreside Engineering Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. This role involves providing day-to-day technical and engineering support to marine operations, including assisting with maintenance planning, coordinating repairs, and monitoring the performance of vessels and equipment. The position includes liaising with vessel crews, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve engineering issues, maintain accurate technical records, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. The individual will support troubleshooting activities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize shoreside engineering processes and documentation.

- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Support and Technical Support skills relevant to marine or industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with crews, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in marine, mechanical, or electrical engineering support is highly beneficial.
- Vocational or degree-level qualification in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems, safety regulations, and industry standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Liverpool, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced operational environment.
