Role Overview
This role is ideal for a creative short-form video specialist with a passion for crafting engaging, viral content tailored to young professionals. You will play a pivotal part in building brand awareness and driving membership interest for a new social club launching in metro Detroit. The focus is on developing and executing a content strategy that resonates with American audiences, leveraging humor and cultural trends to maximize reach and engagement. - Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form videos optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Monitor content performance and iterate based on analytics and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Provide examples of previous viral videos as part of your application.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
