Description
- Manage the operational aspects of short-term rental properties, including bookings and client communication.
- Coordinate property maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure upkeep and quality standards.
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximise bookings and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for short-term lets.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Prepare reports on property performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support marketing efforts to promote properties and attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and property-related documentation.

Profile
A successful Short Term Lets Manager should have:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.

Job Offer
- Permanent position based in Edinburgh.
