A successful and expanding manufacturing business in the Greater Belfast area is seeking a Powder Coater / Shot Blaster to join its skilled production team. Your New Role
As a Powder Coater / Shot Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing, blasting and coating a wide range of metal components to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a dedicated manufacturing team, you will ensure products are finished efficiently, safely and to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal products for finishing and coating.
- Operate shot blasting equipment safely and effectively.
- Apply powder coating finishes to a high standard.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Carry out basic maintenance and daily checks on equipment.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in powder coating, shot blasting, industrial painting or a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Forklift experience would be advantageous but not essential.
