Who We Are
Crazy Peach Art Foundation is a London-based arts organization supporting speculative, philosophical, and critical artists through funding, networks, and platforms. At our core is a simple conviction: art exists to question authority — to give misfits, deep thinkers, and uncomfortable ideas a real platform. We’re building our media presence around conversations with artists — and we’re inviting you to be the face of it.
The Proposed Role
Onset — Interview show host
- Recorded conversations with London-based artists (UAL/RCA backgrounds and established practicing artists)
- One to two episodes per month, batch-recorded and scheduled at least two weeks ahead
- Each episode covers guest research, question preparation, hosting the recording, and remotely guiding your guest through a simple self-filming setup beforehand — a phone is fine; what matters is your eye for framing and light, not equipment experience
- Interviews are in English
The Growth Path — YouTube Channel presenter
- For the right person — and this proposal means we think that’s you — the role grows into presenting our YouTube channel
- We provide the scripts and full editing; you bring the delivery, adapting the material to your own voice, personality, and sense of what the audience responds to
- Typically one episode per month — per episode that’s around 30–60 minutes reading the script and making it yours, 15 minutes of set-up, and a 45-minute recording
- Episodes are presented in English

Compensation
Interview show
- £[80–100] per episode, settled per episode against your invoice (or the compliant equivalent for your working status)
Script adaptation
- Making the script your own is part of the role — the reading and light editing (30–60 minutes per episode) is simply part of presenting
- When an episode calls for a substantial rewrite beyond that, it’s paid work: £[13–15] per hour against the time it takes, with the scope agreed between us beforehand
YouTube presenting
- There is no per-episode fee at this stage — we want to be straightforward about that
- Instead, you receive a revenue share of [X]% on the episodes you present, fixed in writing in the contract, applying as the channel monetizes
- To be equally straightforward about how it works: the share runs while you’re an active host under the agreement and ends when the hosting engagement ends — it’s a stake in an ongoing collaboration we build together, not a permanent royalty
- Everything accrued up to that point is, of course, paid out
- This is a long-term arrangement: we’re offering a growing stake in something we front together, plus the platform and public profile that come with it
The shared agreement — designed to protect both sides
- A 12-month initial term with a [2–3]-month notice period, binding on both of us
- Neither side can be dropped — or walked out on — overnight
- Your slot, and our schedule, are both protected
- The contract includes a pre-agreed option to extend for a further 12 months on terms fixed upfront — including a cap on any rate adjustment — so even year two holds no surprises
- A gentle start: the first [2–3] episodes work as a mutual trial period with a simple break clause for either side — if it isn’t the right fit, we both find out early and part easily
- Your rates and your revenue-share percentage are fixed in writing for the term
- They cannot be reduced or renegotiated mid-term
- Renewal terms are agreed upfront, so there are no surprises later
- Guaranteed payment terms for episode fees, in the contract
- Exclusivity, scoped to our lane only
- While we work together, your hosting is exclusive to Crazy Peach within our territory: you won’t present artist-interview or art-commentary content for other channels or organizations during the term
- Everything outside that lane stays entirely yours — other jobs, projects, acting, collaborations, your own practice — unaffected
- When the engagement ends, so does the exclusivity
- Content and format belong to the foundation
- As with any produced show where the production company provides the scripts, editing, and platform, the episodes and show format are foundation property and remain published
- Your contribution is permanently credited on screen

- We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with this over the 12-month term and beyond — not a few episodes and out
