Showroom Accounts Manager

Department: Sales

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: London - Pimlico Road

Compensation: £34,000 - £36,000 / year

Description

Corston Architectural Detail designs and manufactures coordinating collections of solid brass switches, sockets, hardware, and lighting. Founded by a team of designers and engineers, we're known for creating timeless products that work seamlessly together throughout a space.

Since launching five years ago, we've grown rapidly across the UK, Europe, UAE, and USA, building our reputation on exceptional products and outstanding customer experience. We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Showroom Accounts Manager to lead our Pimlico Road showroom.

This is a hands-on role combining showroom leadership, account management, and business development. You'll be responsible for driving sales, increasing showroom footfall, building relationships with trade and retail customers, and ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional experience.

Working closely with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals, you'll grow Corston's presence within the London design community while leading and developing a high-performing showroom team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving commercial success, and representing a premium design-led brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing showroom team.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all customer interactions, both in person and remotely.
  • Drive showroom sales and support the achievement of revenue and performance targets.
  • Proactively build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other trade professionals.
  • Increase showroom footfall through outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Host client meetings, product consultations, lunch-and-learns, and showroom events.
  • Ensure all customer and project opportunities are captured, managed, and followed up effectively.
  • Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standards at all times.
  • Build long-term relationships with both retail and trade customers.
  • Develop and implement local strategies to grow brand awareness and business performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure service, sales, and customer experience KPIs are achieved.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Corston within the local design and interiors community.
  • Support the growth of Corston's presence within the London market through networking and industry engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
