About Us:

Cult is a trend-focused, innovative furniture brand known for affordable, fashion-forward furniture and homeware that stand out from the crowd. Whilst we take pride in our commitment to quality and aesthetics, we are true rule breakers and strive to do things differently to stand out from the competition.

The team consists of about 75 individuals, from in-house designers and trade managers to friendly customer service staff. The company is going from strength to strength, launching in-house furniture designs, new websites, and a new showroom. We are going through exciting times and building the right team is the most important asset to help drive us forward and push our creativity and innovation.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation:

  • Greet all showroom visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance on product ranges and offerings.
  • Support the customer journey by listening carefully and offering helpful guidance throughout their visit.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

Sales & Showroom Support:

  • Assist in processing customer orders and sample requests.
  • Prepare the showroom for the day, ensuring presentation and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information, promotions, and showroom displays.
  • Help maintain stock of swatches available to clients.

Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate customer feedback and observations to the Showroom Supervisor.
  • Support weekend showroom events or promotional activities as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure a smooth handover and continuity of service between weekdays and weekends.

The Weekend Sales Assistant supports the Showroom Supervisor in delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with CULT values. Playing a key front-of-house role, warmly welcoming customers, assisting with their product inquiries, and ensuring a seamless showroom visit. Proactive and passionate about design and interiors.
