Showroom Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: £25,100–£26,858 per annum
Hours: 34.25 hours per week
We have two full-time Showroom Assistant positions available, with the following working patterns:
Option 1
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am–4:00pm
OR
Option 2
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm
- Sunday: 11:00am–4:00pm
Main Purpose
To ensure that our customers, trade and non-trade, are treated to an exceptional experience ensuring they are always looked after and supported in their purchasing decisions.

Showroom Assistant Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional service to customers in the showroom, on the telephone and via email, delivering on our reputation for quality.
- Extend in-showroom hospitality.
- Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service.
- Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
- Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
Housekeeping
- Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store.
- Keep our store organised and safe, in line with company standards (e.g. dusted fixtures and products, well stocked shelves, straight lampshades and working bulbs).
- Make sure all products are labelled and prices are all correct.

General
- Assisting with customer service (emails and phones) where required.
